As the Global Director of Innovation, Marnie oversees commercial growth plans and execution of service innovation for all agencies within Reload. She works with the global team to expand the best-in-class service offerings for over 300 clients across 20 countries. Along with driving growth and innovation, Marnie also guides clients’ digital transformation projects and develops growth strategies to ensure effective outcomes.

During her 13+ years at Reload, Marnie blended her strategic marketing capabilities with wider business expertise to deliver superior client and agency solutions. This approach has led her to undertake diverse roles, including significant time spent in local markets across Australia, London, and the Philippines. Marnie’s extensive experience and insights have enabled her to drive impactful results and shape the growth and success of The Reload Group.
