Christy Galloway
Head of Client Delivery & Planning
Christy’s journey at Reload is nothing short of inspirational. Starting as a junior account manager in the Brisbane office in 2015, she quickly demonstrated exceptional customer service skills and won the annual trip to London award. This recognition fueled her ambition and propelled her to move to the London office, where she now serves as Head of Client Delivery & Planning. Over the years, Christy has worked with some of the most prominent brands in the industry, including Sealy, Philip Kingsley, Wrangler, Skinny Tan, and Victoria Beckham. Her dedication, hard work, and determination to succeed serve as an inspiration to all those looking to make their mark in the world of digital marketing.
Jessica Brooks
General Manager (Reload Media)
Jess began her Reload journey in 2017 as an account manager in our Brisbane office. Her hard work, dedication, and passion for the industry quickly led to her being promoted to a senior role and then a team leader position. From there, she progressed to become the Agency Operations Manager, before being appointed as General Manager for Reload Media in 2022.
With her vast industry knowledge and experience, Jess has worked with some of the biggest brands and guided numerous new staff members through their own Reload journeys.
Dan Howe
General Manager of Marketing
Dan joined Reload in 2013 as an account manager based in our Brisbane office, but his passion for social media advertising and his talent for the creative soon led him to arole working in our social media advertising team. Over the last 10 years, Dan has risen through the ranks to become the General Manager of Marketing for Reload Media. With his innovative ideas and creative expertise, Dan has helped numerous brands to improve their presence and engagement across a range of marketing channels. Dan also plays an active role in guiding clients’ marketing projects and developing effective creative strategies that lead to impactful results.
